Nurturing, personalized, evidence-based care for all infant feeding journeys. Whether breastfeeding, chestfeeding, or bottle feeding, I offer in-home care to help you reach your goals.

As an IBCLC and mother of two, I understand the challenges and joys of infant feeding. My mission is to empower families with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to make informed choices—one step at a time, together.

Prenatal Visit

Ideal for parents between 24 - 36 weeks, this personalized prenatal visit will help you feel prepared for your baby's arrival. Together, we'll cover the essentials of lactation and breastfeeding, tailored to your unique goals. You’ll learn key skills like hand expression, latching, and body-feeding positions while gaining insight into newborn behaviors and what to expect in the early days. Bring all your questions - partners and support people are highly encouraged to attend!​​

Prenatal Rates + Insurance Information:

  • $200 (Out-of-Pocket)

  • Clients with approved coverage through The Lactation Network are eligible for fully covered consultations—no out-of-pocket cost.​

    • Travel outside a 15-minute radius of Livermore may incur a travel fee, not covered by insurance. Have questions? Get in touch, and we can chat.

Postpartum Visit

Baby is home, and maybe you’re experiencing sore nipples, unsure about your milk supply, or uncertain about your breast/chestfeeding journey. We'll review your health history and address your concerns. I bring a scale for weighted feeds, provide comprehensive assessments and we'll develop personalized care plans for both you and your baby. I offer guidance on:

  • Positioning and latch      

  • Milk supply + infant weight gain

  • Engorgement                    

  • Plugged ducts                   

  • Oversupply                        

  • Pumping routines            

  • Sore nipples

  • Mastitis

  • Going back to work

  • Introducing a bottle

  • Bottle refusal​​

Follow-up Visit

Continued support is essential throughout your lactation journey. During follow-up sessions, we address specific challenges, navigating new milestones such as returning to work or daycare, introducing bottles or solids, and supporting the weaning process.
